The Park to Pro Coach Network, is a monthly development and networking evening designed to bring football coaches together in an environment where learning, collaboration and continuous improvement are at the heart of every session.

Whether you coach in the grassroots, school, academy, male or female game, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, discuss real-life challenges, explore evidence-informed practice and leave with practical ideas that you can implement immediately.

Each event combines engaging presentations, interactive discussions and valuable networking to create a supportive community where coaches can challenge their thinking, share experiences and develop alongside others, who are passionate about improving themselves and their players.

Key information

The network meetings take place once per month, on a Friday evening – 7pm – 9pm, at St.Francis School, Ascot (SL5 9HG). The full list of dates will be released in due course.

Each meeting will include;

• Arrival — Tea, coffee & networking
• Live Presentation — A respective topic, delivered by Adam or a guest coach
• Individual Reflection — Time to record and review your thoughts from the presentation
• Breakout Discussion — Share your reflections with other coaches and detail real coaching problems
• Problem Solving — Turn discussion into practical answers
• Practical Ideas — Take home ideas you can use in your next session
• Q&A — Open floor — ask anything
• Networking — Doors stay open — stay and connect
